| Eyeliners like eye shadows enhance and define the eye area. Liners help emphasis the eye color. Keep within the same color family to play down your natural eye color, or use a complimentary eyecolor based on your natural hair highlight color to make eyes pop! I.E. blue eyed ladies look great with a red/brown, or copper eye liner underneath eye lashes, or right along upper lashline, then softely smudged. TIP: To really play up eyes when we're working with models, we NEVER line the inner eye area (it's extremely unsafe and dangerous), but ALWAYS line in between the lashes with a hard flat tip taklon eyeliner brush. This maneuver may seem hard but with extended practice you'll never go back to just lining the upper eye line area, where it gives a false un-natural look.
